No. Every program is tailored to your current ability, whether you’re completely new to exercise or more advanced.
This depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients train between 2–4 times per week.
Training location depends on your level and goals. For high-performance athletes or clients with advanced, specialist goals, gym facilities and specialized equipment will be necessary to train effectively.
