Yes. Every program starts at your current level and builds gradually.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Sessions can be done in your home, outdoors, or a private space. You don’t need to buy anything. I’ll provide all necessary equipment. Training outside of a gym environment is absolutely possible and effective.
