Founder of DTM Training. I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist based in Tottenham, London. My approach is built on discipline, clarity, and honesty no shortcuts, no empty promises, just training that works.
My Philosophy in Practice
DTM Training stands for direct, structured, no-fluff coaching. Every client is different, and my role is to adapt the principles of training to your needs, whether you’re managing pain, improving health, or chasing peak performance.
Personal Training & Sports Massage
I combine personal training with sports massage therapy to provide a complete approach: performance, recovery, and long-term results. This means I don’t just push you in the gym, I also help you move, recover, and perform better outside it.
