Senior Fitness focuses on maintaining independence later in life. Healthy Aging builds resilience earlier, before problems appear.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Sessions can be done in your home, outdoors, or a private space. You don’t need to buy anything. I’ll provide all necessary equipment. Training outside of a gym environment is absolutely possible and effective.
Is this suitable if I already exercise?
Yes. Programs are adjusted to your level and goals.
